Bill Bozeman is president and CEO of PSA Security Network, the world's largest electronic security cooperative. Mr. Bozeman has 28 years of experience in the security systems integration business and has been successful in both corporate and entrepreneurial environments.
In 2005, Mr. Bozeman was inducted into the Security Integration Hall of Fame, a lifetime achievement award which recognizes those individuals whose careers have helped shape the electronic security industry. In 2006, he was acknowledged as one of the security industry's 25 Most Influential Security Executives.

Jeremy Brecher is responsible for Diebold Enterprise Security's US Operations and Information Technology Group. With over 12 years of experience, Jeremy has successfully managed numerous large-scale system conversions and new deployments for Fortune 500 companies. Diebold Enterprise's Network Services & Technology team is a key differentiator and is recognized throughout the industry as a leader in providing enterprise integrated security solutions in corporate IP environments.
Jeremy holds a bachelor's degree from Queens College, City University of New York.
Founder and Managing Director
Ray Coulombe is the founder and Managing Director of SecuritySpecifiers.com. He has extensive experience with start-up and early stage growth companies, including his own consulting firm, Gilwell Technology Services. Formerly, Ray was COO and co-founder of SyPixx Networks, acquired in 2006 by Cisco, and was responsible for providing critical transition assistance into Cisco's Physical Security Business Unit. Ray also played a significant role in the development of several other early-stage companies in the security industry including IFS and Fiber Options. He sits on the PSA Security Network Advisory Board and writes and lectures extensively in the industry. He has additional past experience with 3M, Emerson Electric Company, and the United States Air Force. Ray is actively involved with community organizations such as the American Red Cross, where he serves as a member of the Connecticut Regional Chapter Board of Directors and participates in its Executive and Leadership Committees. He holds a BSEE from Cornell University, a Masters degree in Management from MIT and a Master's degree Information Technology Master's degree Information Technology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
CEO Integrated Fire & Security Solutions
Hile is currently CEO of Integrated Fire and Security Solutions. He contributes more than 20 years of security industry experience and his executive career has involved working for both private and public entities, including Fortune 500 Global companies such as Siemens. Hile served as Senior Director, Enterprise Security Solutions at Siemens Industry Inc., where he led the security division within the Building Technologies group, providing customized solutions for intelligent response and business continuity for global and national accounts. Previously, Hile was Director, Integrated Security Solutions at Siemens, where he spearheaded the delivery of complex integrated solutions for cities and critical infrastructure organizations. Over the course of his career, he has held senior-level positions with G4S, Convergint Technologies, GVI Security Solutions and TAC. He is a frequent speaker at industry events and currently serves on the Security Industry Association educational advisory board. Hile is also former Chairman of the Physical Security Interoperability Alliance.
Senior VP, Chief Technology Officer and Special Projects
Christopher Peckham currently serves as Senior VP, Chief Technology Officer and Special Projects, of KRATOS|HBE, a division of Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, where he leads the team's efforts in complex projects and programs. In this role he is also the primary driver of the technology efforts taken on to maintain thought leadership in the company's industries with regard to the effects of major market trends such as "convergence."
Mr. Peckham has served in a variety of technical leadership positions in information technology, engineering, and operations during his career. Prior to the acquisition of HBE by Kratos in December 2010, he was the Chief Information Officer / Chief Security Officer of HBE beginning in September 2007. As CIO/CSO, he was responsible for leading the information, security and network engineering services for the Company. Mr. Peckham has also served in as the Director of Operations with Sungard Higher Education in Dobbs Ferry, NY, the VP of Engineering at SkipJam Corp, in Greenwich, CT, the Senior Vice President of Information Systems and Vice President of Network Engineering and Operations at Globix Corporation in New York, NY. He also has worked at Qwest Internet Solutions / Icon CMT in Weehawken, NJ, PFMC / Bell Technology Group, New York, NY, and New Jersey Institute of Technology, Newark, NJ.
Mr. Peckham received the B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, Newark, NJ. He also received the M.B.A. with a concentration in Management & Global Business from Rutgers University.
Senior Market Analyst
William Rhodes is a Market Analyst in IMS Research's Video Surveillance & Security Services Group. William researches the video surveillance market with particular focus on hosted and managed video, consumer and DIY CCTV, and enterprise storage used for video surveillance. William has also worked on the world and regional volumes of the CCTV & video surveillance equipment reports. Previously William worked as Commercial Development Manager for AV Network and also holds a BSc (honors) degree in economics from the University of Sheffield.

Before coming to Integrator Support, Ms. Shaw was the Director of Education at PSA Security Network, where she worked for five years. Before her time at PSA, Ms. Shaw worked in the real estate industry.
Ms. Shaw speaks frequently at industry trade events and serves on the TechSec Advisory Board, the ISC Education Advisory Board, and the PSA Education Advisory Board.
As President of G4S Technology (formerly Adesta), Bob Sommerfeld directs the strategic focus of new business development and coordinates the governance of construction, installation, maintenance and operations of the company's communications and security networks. He has over 30 years of industry experience, including numerous previous roles at Adesta. He has held the position of President since 2000. In addition, Mr. Sommerfeld has 17 years of experience with engineering consulting firms where he provided engineering and construction management services to the telecommunications industry.
Steven Van Till
President and CEO
A co-founder of Brivo Systems, Steve served first as CTO and more recently as President and CEO, guiding the company from its initial vision of providing Web-based security services and products to its current position as the largest online access control system in the industry. An interactive systems architect, Steve helped launch Brivo after serving as Director of Internet Consulting for Sapient Corporation, where he lead Internet strategy engagements to support "dot com" startups and Fortune 500 new ventures. Prior to joining Sapient, Steve led Internet strategy development in the healthcare informatics industry for HCIA Inc. Steve also has over 10 years experience in wireless communications as Vice President of Software Development at Geostar Inc., the first commercial satellite-based vehicle tracking system in the US, and as Director of Systems Engineering at Communications Satellite Corporation, a global communications company, where he held product-line management positions for voice/data products.
Steve was honored in 2008 with his election to the Security Industry Association's Board of Directors. He has written widely in industry publications and has spoken at major industry gatherings including ISC West, ISC East, TechSec Solutions, GOVSEC, IP User Group events in the US and Europe, Security Canada Central, and others. Steve holds a bachelor's degree from Calvin College and was a Ph.D. candidate in physics at the University of Maryland.
