Supervisor Project Development
David Avedikian began his career at Southwest Airlines at age 22 as a way to feed his snowboarding habit. Since Texas doesn't yield a whole lot of snow, it made places that do a little more accessible. He began his adventure on the internal tech support lines and quickly worked his way to technical project manager. He has spent the last eight years as supervisor of project development in the Corporate Facilities Security Department. David and his wife of 15 years have two boys, 11 and 8. In his time away from Southwest, he still loves to snowboard (as well as play any other sport) and he is a core member of the ComedySportz Dallas improv troupe. He also is active in a preteen ministry partner for fifth- and sixth-graders.

Dr. Bob Banerjee is Senior Director, Consultants, A&Es, NICE Systems Security Division. Don Childers is COO of Security Central. He began working at Security Central in May of 1992. Childers is also the current President NCESA (North Carolina Electronic Security Association) and holds a North Carolina Limited Electrical Contractors license. Kelly S. Klatt, CPP is a former Los Angeles Police Officer having spent 15 years in various challenging assignments. With his focus being on Shopping Center Security Management, Klatt entered private industry in 1990 by joining The Hahn Company, a shopping center management firm and was a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. He then spent five years with the City of San Diego as the Chief of Convention Center Police and as a member of the International Association of Assembly Managers. There his responsibilities included security at all City of San Diego public assembly facilities and parking. During which time he was in charge of security at city venues for the 1996 Republican National Convention and the 1998 Super Bowl XXXII. He was recruited in 1999 to join Loews Hotels, in Orlando to design and manage their extensive security programs. In 2004 Klatt assisted the Hellenic National Police in Athens, Greece with Emergency Operations Center functionality and training in preparation for the XXVIII Olympics.
Currently, Klatt operates the Center for Security Solutions, Inc. and is also the Area Director of Safety & Security for Loews Hotels' five-property resort campus in partnership with Universal Orlando theme parks. There he is responsible for safety and security planning, technology, investigations, personnel, policies and procedures. Additionally through C4SSi, he has been the primary Security Consultant for Lockheed Martin's "New Security Initiatives" program and Tavistock Group's "Albany" development in the Bahamas. There he designed Albany's community security and fire response programs as well as their security command center and gatehouse operations.
Klatt was designated a CPP, Board Certified in Security Management in 1993 by ASIS International. He is a certified CPTED practitioner by the National Institute of Crime Prevention, an OSHA certified Compliance Officer, as well as a Red Cross certified CPR and First Aid Instructor. Klatt is an active member of the International Association of Professional Security Consultants and was recently the Vice Chairman of the ASIS International Hospitality Entertainment and Tourism Security Council.
Director of Advanced IT Installation
Jim Lash is the Director of the Advanced IT Installation team for Diebold Enterprise Security. In this role, Jim is responsible for understanding the overall project design, architectural drawings and job specification details to ensure the success of a project by taking ownership of all IT functions and expectations. Also in this role, Jim oversees team members in the programming and advanced integration of required technology elements, as well as assisting in the field operations as a high level IT resource.
Previously, Jim served as the IT Client Services Supervisor for Fremont Investment & Loan where he was responsible for the day-to-day operations and client side support for over 500 local users and desktops, remote locations including laptop users, Blackberry device support, and phone PBX administration.
Jim has an Associate's Degree in Business from Westchester Community College. Jim lives in Stamford, CT with his wife & three kids, and enjoys the outdoors, playing ice hockey & golf during his free time.

Brad Reeves is a 19-year veteran of the loss prevention community, having worked in many facets of the retail industry including high-end/upscale, discount and grocery. He started his career at the entry level and worked his way up, holding positions as store detective, supervisor, manager, and district and regional manager. Brad currently is the director of loss prevention for The Great Atlantic & Pacific Tea Company, a multi-billion dollar enterprise that operates several grocery chains on the East Coast from Connecticut to Maryland.
