Ray Coulombe is the founder and Managing Director of SecuritySpecifiers.com. He has extensive experience with start-up and early stage growth companies, including his own consulting firm, Gilwell Technology Services. Formerly, Ray was COO and co-founder of SyPixx Networks, acquired in 2006 by Cisco, and was responsible for providing critical transition assistance into Cisco's Physical Security Business Unit. Ray also played a significant role in the development of several other early-stage companies in the security industry including IFS and Fiber Options. He sits on the PSA Security Network Advisory Board and writes and lectures extensively in the industry. He has additional past experience with 3M, Emerson Electric Company, and the United States Air Force. Ray is actively involved with community organizations such as the American Red Cross, where he serves as a member of the Connecticut Regional Chapter Board of Directors and participates in its Executive and Leadership Committees. Jonathan Cunningham is the IT Director of ADS Security L.P. located in Nashville Tennessee. He started at ADS in 2009 as a field support technician and has since worked his way up through management to the IT Director position. Jonathan's involvement in the Alarm industry has continued in different aspects since 2001 when he worked as an Alarm Installer. Prior to joining ADS Security, he owned and operated his own production company, providing lighting and sound production for the music business in Nashville. Robert Gaulden joined Kratos as the VP of Sales for the Mid-Atlantic Region and after managing three other sales regions, was promoted to VP of Sales. Ian Johnston, Founder and CEO of ISD, is an experienced technology leader in the IP surveillance and security markets. He has a broad working knowledge of diverse camera technology platforms, the latest CMOS imaging technology and embedded IP network systems, and is highly experienced in finding solutions to complex issues to maximize results from product development programs. He comes to Innovative Security Designs with extensive experience in the development and delivery of IP-based, megapixel video surveillance systems. Joe Parisi spent six years in the United States Marine Corps as an Avionics Technician learning the technical skills to build his career in the fire and security industry. While he was studying for his Electrical Engineering Degree, he joined the research and development team at Detection Systems/Radionics, and assisted with the release of the Radionics D6600 Central Station Receiver. Work on this team led Parisi to the central station side of the security industry. Nicholas Santillo Jr. has more than 10 years of experience in the security and water utility industry. Among his duties at American Water, the largest investor-owned water and wastewater utility in the United States, are providing oversight for all aspects of the Operations Security program in 32 states and overseeing risk and security assessments for more than 3,000 assets nationwide. Ron Self began his law enforcement career in 1999 with the Mississippi County, Ark., Sherriff's Office. Later that year he joined a small police department in Luxora, Ark., and completed his associate's degree in criminal justice. He then moved on to the Jonesboro, Ark., Police Department, where in the School Resource Officer Department he was a DARE officer and juvenile crimes officer. That's when he became involved with the newly formed Arkansas Safe Schools Association. Five years later he became the director of safety and security for the Blytheville School District. He remains a part-time police officer. In May, he will graduate from Arkansas Tech University with a degree in emergency management and administration. He then plans to enroll in the university's emergency management and homeland security master's program.

Scott Starkey is the Security Superintendent for the Birmingham Water Works Board. With more than 10 years of experience, Scott has helped transform his department into one of the South's preeminent water security departments, where he has implemented cutting edge technology to help better secure the company's assets. Prior to joining Sapient, Steve led Internet strategy development in the healthcare informatics industry for HCIA Inc. Steve also has over 10 years experience in wireless communications as Vice President of Software Development at Geostar Inc., the first commercial satellite-based vehicle tracking system in the US, and as Director of Systems Engineering at Communications Satellite Corporation, a global communications company, where he held product-line management positions for voice/data products.
